Skill Enhancement and Employee Development (SEED)

Yes. Students can be enrolled in the S.E.E.D. program and other courses at the same time.

The S.E.E.D. program does not utilize job coaches or teaching assistance. Students must be able to complete class work and employment experiences independently. S.E.E.D. 项目工作人员将与教师和工作主管保持联系，以解决可能出现的任何问题. 

学生应如期参加所有预定的课程和工作体验. If a student is absent due to illness or emergency, the student must contact S.E.E.D. program staff and their work supervisor staff prior to the absence. If a student knows they will miss multiple sessions at the time of enrollment, they may need to enroll in a future offering.

All requirements must be met prior to the first day of instruction. 

Students may have homework in this program. There may be work assigned in class that the student needs to complete at home. S.E.E.D. Program Community Work Experience Partner Agreement

While there is no requirement that S.E.E.D. 实习生是有工资的，如果雇主愿意，或者如果这是公司政策的一部分，雇主可以这样做.

Triton College does not provide any job coaching or on-site supervision.  S.E.E.D. interns and employers are provided support as needed to assist with the S.E.E.D. intern being successful. 这种支持的形式是提供要求的会议和电话回答问题, and express concerns. The S.E.E.D. Coordinator will conduct check-ins with the S.E.E.D. intern and occasional drop-ins to the work site.  Employers are encouraged to contact the S.E.E.D.
